Clarindria Addison, MS, LPC, NCC, is a licensed therapist, mindset coach, and transformational speaker who helps ambitious women rewrite limiting narratives, reclaim their power, and rise with clarity. With over two decades of experience at the intersection of mental wellness and entrepreneurship, she brings both heart and strategy to every stage. As creator of the SHIFT Theory, she equips high-achieving women with a practical framework for deep inner work, mindset renewal, and sustainable success. Her book, 'SHIFT: Keeping Your Focus to Maximize Your Potential,' serves as a roadmap for breaking through blocks. She recently appeared on Houston’s Fox 26 'Chattin’ With Chelsea,' sharing insights on mindset, healing, and the SHIFT framework. Beyond the therapy room, Clarindria leads multiple ventures—including a coaching firm, a trucking company, and a Community-Based Residential Facility—and partners with major organizations like American Family Insurance and the Milwaukee Brewers to champion emotional education.

As a successful businesswoman and public servant, she embodies the spirit of service and leadership that transforms communities.

Dr. Stephanie Hall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Specialist, and the visionary behind ReNew Yu Counseling & Mental Wellness. She is a skilled clinician and a passionate advocate for healing, rest, and identity reclamation—especially for Black women navigating the pressures of “carrying it all.” Dr. Hall earned her Doctorate in Clinical Social Work from the University of Kentucky and holds a Master’s in Social Work from Louisiana State University. She is licensed to practice in Texas, Louisiana, South Carolina, Florida, Vermont, Alabama, and Idaho. Originally from Franklin, Louisiana, she now makes her home in Houston, Texas. Rooted in both clinical expertise and lived experience, Dr. Hall brings the perspective of a mother of four and a woman who has weathered burnout, emotional disconnect, and generational expectations. She understands the cost of always being “the strong one” and has made it her mission to dismantle Superwoman Syndrome, help women release the weight of unrealistic roles, and guide them back to their authentic selves. Whether in therapy or in community spaces, Dr. Hall shows up without a mask—inviting others to see themselves with compassion and honesty. Through her voice, vulnerability, and unwavering cultural truth-telling, she is redefining what it means to be well, whole, and worthy—without having to be everything to everyone.

With over 15 years of experience working with seniors and running multiple businesses, Shronica Holmes is a powerhouse in the group home industry and a passionate advocate for intergenerational impact. She is the owner of The Rose Residential Care Home for Seniors, the founder of Better Me Foundation (501c3), and the creator of The WORC Series—a traveling workshop that equips aspiring group homeowners with the tools and knowledge to launch and operate successful group homes across the U.S.
